Support and privacy
Email: support@vexenlabs.com. Include your account email and a short description of the issue. Never send your password, session cookie, or recovery code. For a privacy request, say what action you are requesting and whether your account is managed by an organization.
Security reports
Use support@vexenlabs.com to report suspected vulnerabilities or account security incidents. Share enough detail to help us understand the issue, but avoid including live credentials or other people’s private email content.
Business and DPA requests
Organizations can use the same address to request business terms, a DPA, current hosting-region details, or information about service providers. Those details should be confirmed in writing before relying on them for a compliance review.
