Help & frequently asked questions
Find your next step, from getting an account to reporting a problem.
How do I get an account?
For business email, choose a plan on /pricing and follow /onboarding to verify a domain you control. For personal access, use the account-request options on /signin. Check the current setup screens for availability and activation requirements.
Where do I sign in?
Open /signin and use your full mailbox address. If you use an organization-managed account, ask its administrator about access or password recovery. Never send a password or verification code to support.
Can I use my own domain?
Business setup requires proof of domain ownership and mail DNS configuration. Use the exact record names and values shown during setup. Review existing mail delivery before changing MX records, and test sending and receiving before a customer cutover.
Can I use a mail app or move existing mail?
Vexen Mail supports IMAP/SMTP access. Ask support for current connection settings. Sign in and open /migration to see the migration methods available to your account; review folder selection and results before making changes at your previous provider.
Why did a message go to spam?
Receiving providers decide spam placement. Correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication help establish sender identity but do not guarantee inbox delivery. Send expected messages to consenting recipients and ask support to review a delivery problem without sharing passwords.
How do I get help?
Email support@vexenlabs.com with your account address, approximate time and a short description. Include the visible error text if possible. Remove private message content, credentials and setup tokens from screenshots. For suspicious messages, use /report-abuse.
