Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

These terms govern access to the hosted Vexen Mail service. By using an account, you agree to follow them and any additional terms agreed with your organization.
Accounts and access
Use only an account issued to you or one you are authorized to administer. Keep your password and recovery details secure, provide accurate account information, and promptly report suspected compromise to your administrator or support@vexenlabs.com. Administrators may manage accounts and mailbox access for their organization.
Acceptable use
You may not use Vexen Mail to:
- Send spam, phishing, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that violate applicable law or recipients’ rights.
- Distribute malware, harmful links, unlawful content, or content that threatens, harasses, or exploits others.
- Impersonate a person or organization, evade campaign or sending limits, or interfere with service security or availability.
- Access another account or system without authorization, or use the service to violate sanctions, privacy, anti-spam, or data protection rules.
Campaigns and bulk email
Campaign features are restricted to accounts authorized by Vexen Labs. Authorized senders must have a lawful basis and appropriate permission for their recipient lists, identify the sender accurately, provide a working unsubscribe method, and honor opt-outs promptly. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of your lists and campaign content.
Service availability and suspension
We may limit, suspend, or close access when needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a security or operational issue. We may change or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate significant service changes when practical.
Your content and responsibility
You retain responsibility for the messages and files you submit, and for having the rights and permissions needed to use them. You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you need. Vexen Mail is not a malware scanning service; use appropriate endpoint protection and take care with attachments and links.
Disclaimers and contact
The service is provided subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Questions or reports of abuse: support@vexenlabs.com.
